Mentor Matching Program

89% of small business owners that do not have a mentor wish that they did.

The Thunder Bay and District Entrepreneur Centre is looking for leaders with business experience to advise, lead, and inspire entrepreneurs. For both mentors and mentees, a mentorship enhances professional development, setting goals, developing leadership skills, increasing confidence and expanding professional networks.

Mentors and mentees will be matched based on skill set and the knowledge, skills, and abilities the entrepreneur is looking to develop.

If you are interested in mentoring future business leaders, register to be part or our mentor database.

Not all mentors that register will be matched/immediately matched with a mentee.
