Help us evaluate the economic impact of Indigenous business in the City of Thunder Bay.
Indigenous & Community Engagement (ICE) has been hired by the Thunder Bay CEDC to prepare a comprehensive study on the Indigenous economic impact of Thunder Bay. Indigenous entrepreneurs are invited to participate in an online survey, join a virtual meeting, and attend a Lunch & Learn to inform the study.
The online survey will be open from October 3 to October 31, 2024, to collect data on businesses that meet one of the following criteria:
- partially or fully operate in Thunder Bay,
- are Indigenous owned,
- employ Indigenous peoples.

- The purpose and methods of the CEDC economic impact study

- How survey data will be collected and reported to the CEDC
- Opportunities for selected Indigenous businesses to be highlighted in the study
- Data management, economic modeling, and other topics
