The Ontario Small Business Advisory Centre’s (OSBAC) programs and services are delivered by the Thunder Bay and District Entrepreneur Centre, funded in partnership with the Government of Ontario.

The Thunder Bay & District Entrepreneur Centre is part of a network of more than 50 Ontario Small Business Advisory Centres (OSBACs) across the province, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses start, grow, and succeed. Together, these centres foster local business growth, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen communities across Ontario.

Serving Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario, we support entrepreneurs and small business owners at every stage of their journey, from turning an idea into a business to growing and expanding an existing company.

Through confidential, no-cost services, including expert advice, business planning support, workshops, and valuable resources, we provide the guidance and tools entrepreneurs need to achieve their business goals.
