Thrive Online works with local marketing experts to provide entrepreneurs one FREE hour of one-on-one digital marketing teaching and mentoring for small business owners. Our team of experts have been helping businesses for years, they can help you with website management, social media, branding, email marketing, ecommerce, google my business and more.

Digital Mammoth

Founded in 2020 by Michael Mania-Bond (Designer/Developer) and Dylan Uurainen (Developer), Digital Mammoth is a branding, design, and development agency based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Our small, dynamic team allows us to offer personalized service with a direct line of communication to the individuals responsible for your project. With complementary skill sets in design, development, and branding, we prove that high-quality work doesn’t require a large agency. Over the years, we’ve worked on diverse design, branding, and web development projects for both local and international organizations.

DYLAN UURAINEN
Digital Mammoth

Dylan has been working in the website design and development industry for nearly 6 years and is a co-founder of Digital Mammoth. With his knowledge, Dylan can proficiently create custom applications, and develop WordPress/Shopify themes that exceed the industry expectations. He strives everyday to expand his knowledge so he can provide clients with highly functional digital solutions.

MICHAEL MANIA-BOND

Michael is an award winning graphic designer, who graduated with honours from the Multimedia Production course at Confederation College in Thunder Bay. His experience is in graphic design, branding, UX/UI, and front-end web development. With his knowledge, Michael has the ability to effortlessly merge these sometimes opposing talents together in a zen-like way.

BROOK DALLAIRE
Sociable Solutions

Brook founded Sociable Solutions in early 2020. Brook moved to Thunder Bay from Minnesota in 2018 where she had been working with the Minnesota DNR, State Parks and Trails Division for 8 years as their Digital Marketing Specialist and Project Manager. She started with Confederation College in early 2019 as their International Marketing Lead and recently left that role to purse Sociable full-time.

Firedog Communications

Firedog Communications was founded in 2003 by British entrepreneur, Stephanie Ash. Firedog is a talented team of professionals with multi-disciplinary and diverse educations and experiences. Their people are Project Managers, Corporate Communication Strategists, PRs, Crisis Managers, Brand Designers, Content Creators, Writers, Digital Developers, Computer Scientists, Translators, Cultural Connectors and Relationship Builders. They are fortunate to work with some brilliantly disruptive companies and leading organizations across the country. They love what they do and Their passion for strengthening and sustaining reputations and relationships burns strong.

BRIAN ABRAHAM
Firedog Communications

Brian’s passion is to work with clients to help them develop effective campaigns that drive engagement online through social media platforms. His experience includes managing and leading teams, designing and executing marketing strategies, running effective digital media advertisements, analyzing results, and reporting. He also has a background in web development and Search Engine Optimization.

Currently, he is working at Firedog Communications where he handles clients such as Strasser & Lang, the United Way of Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay Counselling, and the Hydro One Waasigan Transmission Line and others.

KAYLEE LAMBERT
Firedog Communications

After attaining a Masters in Journalism and Communications, Kaylee has worked in a variety of fields, primarily focused on writing. Kaylee now works as the Communications Officer for Firedog Communications, assisting with social media, PR, and communications for businesses and organizations like Hydro One, United Way, and Thunder Bay Counselling. From liaising with local and regional media and planning PR events, to developing creative campaign ideas and communication strategies, she works closely with clients to find solutions that suit their needs and elevate their profile in northern Ontario and beyond.
